Getting Started
To start using Delivando, first create your business account on the platform. You can register either through the web dashboard or directly inside the mobile application.
After registration, you will receive a verification email. Please confirm your email address to activate your account.
Once your email is verified, your company number will be generated automatically. You can then create your password and log in using:
- Email address
- Password
- Company number
Account Setup
After logging in, open the Settings section from the left sidebar.
Inside Settings, complete your company profile and business information before using the system. This includes:
- Company details
- Contact information
- Business address
- Tax information
- Store configuration
Online Store Setup
If your package includes the Online Shop feature, or if you add it later, you will also need to configure your online store settings.
In the Online Shop section, you can:
- Add your store information
- Configure delivery and pickup options
- Upload branding assets
- Manage customer-facing settings
Opening Hours
To ensure your POS system works correctly, configure your opening hours in the Working Hours section.
This allows Delivando POS to:
- Open automatically
- Close automatically
- Manage order availability based on business hours
You can also open or close the POS manually at any time.

Depending on your business needs, you can download:

Applications are available for Android and Windows depending on compatibility.
